So for our third brew, Gian decided to try out a recipe from Culver City’s Brewing Supply Store. It was a witbier that has a very bright and citrus-y taste. Compared to the black IPA we made (our 2nd beer), making this was cakewalk. We got a good yield out of this beer. 🙂
